Ben Domning

Controller | CIDS Holdco

Ben Domning serves as Accounting Controller for CIDS Holdco, where he manages day-to-day accounting activities and helps provide the financial reporting and analysis necessary to support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization.

With a strong interest in problem-solving and financial analysis, Ben works to translate financial data into meaningful information for both management and operations. His role helps connect field performance with the financial side of the business, providing CIDS leadership with timely, accurate reporting and greater visibility into project and company performance.

Ben earned his degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2019 and began his career in a variety of accounting roles in the Chattanooga area. After relocating to Columbia, South Carolina, in 2023, he joined Elliott Davis, where he specialized in audit services with a focus on the construction industry. That experience provided him with valuable insight into construction accounting, financial controls, reporting, and the unique financial requirements of contractors.

Ben joined CIDS in May 2025 and works closely with the CFO and other members of the leadership team to strengthen accounting processes, improve financial reporting, and support the continued growth of the CIDS family of companies.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys running and staying active.
