Brandon Mantooth
Vice President of Demolition | CIDS, LLC
Brandon Mantooth serves as Vice President of Demolition for CIDS, LLC, bringing more than 16 years of experience in the demolition and environmental abatement industries. His background combines estimating, project management, field operations, branch leadership, business development, and client relations.
Brandon began his career with a mid-sized environmental and demolition contractor in North Carolina, where he worked in abatement and demolition estimating and project management before advancing to Branch Manager. He later joined a large multinational company, where he led abatement operations and focused on developing client relationships and expanding business opportunities throughout the United States.
Brandon joined CIDS in May 2025 and is responsible for the leadership and continued development of the company’s demolition operations. His role includes implementing cost-control initiatives, evaluating equipment needs and replacement strategies, developing field crews and leadership personnel, strengthening client relationships, and identifying practical solutions to technically challenging projects.
Throughout his career, Brandon has maintained a strong focus on safety and professional development. His training and certifications include OSHA 30-Hour, 40-Hour HAZWOPER, EPA AHERA Supervisor, E-Rail certification, and Roadway Worker certification.
As Vice President, Brandon works closely with CIDS leadership, project managers, and field personnel to improve operational performance while ensuring projects are approached with the proper planning, equipment, personnel, and technical expertise. His combination of field knowledge and management experience helps CIDS deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective demolition solutions for projects of varying size and complexity.
