James Dilks

Division Manger – Greenville, SC | CIDS, LLC

James Dilks serves as General Manager of CIDS’s Greenville/Spartanburg operations, bringing more than 15 years of sales and business development experience along with extensive knowledge of the asbestos abatement and demolition industries.

For the past eight years, James has specialized in estimating and project management, overseeing abatement and demolition projects throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. His combination of client-facing experience and operational knowledge allows him to understand both the technical requirements of a project and the business considerations necessary for successful execution.

James has a particular strength in quickly evaluating complex situations and identifying practical solutions. His analytical approach to project management includes detailed cost tracking, recognizing trends, identifying potential problems early, and taking corrective action to protect project performance and profitability.

James joined CIDS in January 2026 and is responsible for the continued development of the company’s Greenville/Spartanburg operations. In his role as General Manager, he focuses on estimating, project execution, cost control, client development, and expanding CIDS’s presence throughout the Upstate and surrounding markets.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young children.
