Chief Financial Officer | CIDS Holdco

Jeff Hendrix serves as Chief Financial Officer of CIDS Holdco, overseeing a broad range of financial and administrative functions across the organization. His responsibilities include accounting and financial management, human resources, information technology, insurance and bonding, as well as oversight of the company’s roll-off operations.

Jeff began his career in banking and public accounting before transitioning into construction accounting more than a decade ago. He joined CIDS in June 2021, bringing a strong financial background and an understanding of the unique operational and accounting demands of the construction industry.

As CIDS Holdco has expanded through acquisitions, Jeff has played an important role in integrating newly acquired companies into the organization. He works to transition their financial and administrative operations to CIDS Holdco practices and procedures while establishing consistent reporting, controls, and processes across the organization.

In addition to his financial responsibilities, Jeff maintains operational oversight of the roll-off divisions of both CIDS and Green Giant Waste. He also works closely with the President on recruiting and developing talent, human resources, safety, insurance, and other administrative matters that support the continued growth of the CIDS family of companies.

Jeff’s combination of financial, administrative, and operational experience provides CIDS Holdco with an important link between financial performance and day-to-day field operations as the organization continues to grow and expand its capabilities.
