Kevin Gardner

Estimator/Project Manager | CIDS, LLC

Kevin Gardner serves as a Project Manager and Estimator for CIDS, LLC and has been a member of the CIDS team since 2024. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Coastal Carolina University, bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving background to his role in demolition project management and estimating.

Prior to joining CIDS, Kevin worked in the restoration and mold remediation industry, where he gained valuable experience in project operations and helped manage a branch in Columbia, South Carolina. That experience provided him with a foundation in environmental remediation, customer service, scheduling, personnel coordination, and the day-to-day demands of managing field operations.

Since joining CIDS, Kevin has continued to expand his knowledge of the demolition industry through both estimating and hands-on project management. His responsibilities include project planning and execution, coordinating personnel and equipment, managing jobsite logistics, monitoring project costs, and supporting field operations from mobilization through completion.

Kevin routinely manages and supports multiple CIDS demolition crews working throughout the Columbia and Midlands markets. Balancing several active projects requires close coordination with field supervisors, equipment operators, vendors, customers, and company leadership to ensure that labor, equipment, and resources are available when and where they are needed.

As Kevin continues to develop within the organization, his combination of technical education, previous management experience, and growing demolition expertise makes him a valuable part of CIDS’s project management and estimating team.
