Tennille Poole | Staff Accountant

Tennille Poole is an experienced accounting professional with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, collections, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial operations. She joined the accounting team at CIDS, LLC in April 2026, bringing extensive financial experience and a strong background in accounting operations.

Prior to joining CIDS, Tennille served as Accounting Manager at Colite International, where she developed experience in financial management, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Her background combines technical accounting knowledge with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Tennille holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from South Carolina State University. Her diverse educational background complements her accounting experience and provides a valuable perspective on communication, organizational management, and working effectively with others.

At CIDS, Tennille supports the company's accounting and financial operations and takes pride in being a dependable and collaborative member of the team. She values accuracy, accountability, and continuous professional growth.

Outside of work, Tennille enjoys traveling, shopping, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to her community.
